Business Services
Pure Skin International Limited are a wholesale supplier of machinery and products listed on our website, except affiliated products/services which is referred to. Sale terms are strictly sold to business customers for business purposes. If you purchase any items using a personal card or using a personal name, it will still be classed as being used for business purposes. To use the product and equipment you need to be trained by a certified Pure SkinInternational Limited trainer.
Business Training
We have the right not to certify you if you are incompetent, therefore you must re-attend the training or have a virtual training session until the training provider is satisfied with your outcome. Any travel costs incur will not be reimburse.
Refund Terms
Deposit for machinery or products are non-refundable and non-transferable once it is placed. Machinery is custom made to order immediately after a deposit is placed. Once your items are being made, we cannot accept refunds.
Marketing Support
We offer clients a vast amount of marketing materials for free such as posters, banners, social media content, flyers, professional videos, our powerful branding
and other literature in download format. We can list you on our websites or on our social media platform and link potential customers to you. After your training, you are entitled to request to speak to an experienced business mentor and marketing specialist for a free consultation. This is not compulsory but they are able to guide you through your future strategy and business plans.
Refund Terms for Business Products
We can offer a refund on unused product minus 25% restocking fee. Custom built machines are non refundable. We can exchange a faulty item within 7 days, after which the warranty terms will apply. Training services, administration fee, deposits, partial payments, post and packaging and any other fees incurred cannot be refunded. You must send the items in the original packaging securely otherwise we may refuse the items.
Delivery
Delivery cannot be 100% guaranteed on the expected day. This is out of our control as it depends on the courier company. After payments is cleared, we will build your machine immediately and it can take between 7 and 28 days depending on the item and the time of purchase.
Warranty
Should any devices(s) supplied by PureSkin fail during its twelve months' or extended warranty period via manufacturing faults, PureSkin will repair or replace them (at the Company's discretion), free of charge. The product(s) must be suitably packed/carriage paid and returned to PureSkin.
On receipt of any item returned, a full inspection will be carried out to rule out accidental damage, incorrect operational use, water damage, and electrical faults/fire damage. Any findings will be reported to the customer, and the repair cost.
Affiliate Products
We accept no liability of any affiliate products or treatment services advertised on this website. We do not have any control over third party businesses so you must take up your query directly with the affiliated company / personnel.
Liability
We cannot be liable for any loss of earnings, loss of business, loss of marketing, defamation, loss of reputation, litigation against you as well as other losses when there is a problem with the product, services, marketing and training. This applies to any accidents caused aswell as any malfunctioning of your product. We hold no liability of the services, results or products being provided by your business.
Copyright
All media and design are copyrighted. It is against the law to use, edit, copy, alter or distribute any of our images, videos, media, content and logos on on our websites without our consent. This also apply to hard and soft copies of media and content. This do not apply to third party logos, website links or repost of social media content.
Results
Like all cosmetic procedures, there are limitations and consideration, absolute success is variable and this depends from client to client as well as the technology or machine being used. Results also vary on the treatment technique and the condition of the client such as treatment period, medical conditions, stages of treatments etc. Make sure that you understand the contraindications thoroughly during your training. If you are unsure, please consult your training programme again for a refresher.
Electrical Waste
If you are buying a new machine from us, we can recycle your old one for free. Also ask us for details on our trade in options.
Finance
If you take out any finance, you must check the terms and conditions of the finance company as this will be applicable to you.
