Purchases made using a personal card or personal name will still be treated as business transactions.

To operate any equipment or products purchased through this website, you must be trained and certified by a Pure Group LLC–approved trainer.

 

Business Training

We reserve the right not to certify any trainee who does not demonstrate adequate competence.

In such cases, retraining—either in person or virtually—will be required until the trainer is satisfied with performance.

Any travel or accommodation costs incurred are non-refundable and not reimbursed by the company.

 

Deposits and Refunds

All deposits for machinery or products are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been made.

Machinery is custom-built to order, and once production has started, refunds cannot be accepted.

 

Refunds for Business Products

Refunds may be issued on unused products only, subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Custom-built machines are non-refundable.

Training services, administrative fees, deposits, partial payments, postage, and other charges are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, securely sealed. Returns that are inadequately packaged may be refused.

 

Rental Terms

Pure Group LLC may offer rental or lease options for certain equipment.

1. Ownership – All rented equipment remains the property of Pure Group LLC at all times.

2. Use – The equipment must only be used for lawful business purposes and by trained, qualified personnel.

3. Payments – Rental fees must be paid in full and on time as agreed in your rental contract. Late payments may result in service suspension or recovery of equipment.

4. Liability – The renter is responsible for the equipment while in possession and for any loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

5. Termination – Pure Group LLC reserves the right to terminate rental agreements if terms are breached, including non-payment or misuse of equipment.

6. Return of Equipment – Upon termination or completion of the rental period, all equipment must be returned promptly, in good working condition.

 

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimated only and may vary depending on courier services.

Once full payment is received, manufacturing begins immediately.

Typical delivery times range between 7 and 28 days, depending on the product and order date.

 

Warranty

Pure Group LLC provides warranty coverage as stated at the time of sale.

We reserve the right to end any support contract after the warranty period has expired.

 

Marketing Support

We offer clients a range of free marketing materials, including posters, social media content, banners, videos, and other branded materials. You may request to be listed on our website or social media platforms for promotional purposes.

After completing training, clients are eligible for one free consultation with a marketing specialist or business mentor.

 

Affiliate Products

Pure Group LLC accepts no liability for any affiliate products or third-party services promoted on this website.

All issues regarding affiliate products must be directed to the respective third-party provider.

 

Liability

Pure Group LLC accepts no responsibility for any loss of earnings, business interruption, marketing loss, defamation, loss of reputation, or litigation resulting from the use of our products or services.

This includes accidents, equipment malfunction, or outcomes from treatments performed using our products.

We are not liable for the performance or results of your business operations.

Electrical Waste and Trade-In

When purchasing a new machine, Pure Group LLC can recycle your old machine free of charge.

Trade-in options may also be available upon request.

 

Finance

If financing is used to purchase equipment, you are responsible for reviewing and understanding all finance provider terms and conditions prior to signing any agreement.
